We are committed to selling high quality products, however we also know that there are times when an item purchased from us needs to be exchanged or returned.
Have you changed your mind?
- If it is a return within 14 days of purchase, you can return the goods to us provided that they have not been used and are in the original packaging with all components and promotional items.
- Unfortunately, some items are excluded from this offer. It is anything that has been custom made to your specifications or has been retrofitted.
- In this case, the customer pays the shipping charges.
Defective goods?
- If the goods are faulty or the goods have failed within the warranty period, usually 6 months (business buyer) to 24 months (consumer buyer) from the date of purchase, please contact our customer center with details of the defect. The length of the warranty period may vary depending on the type of product or specific part.
- Our customer center team will advise you on how to resolve the complaint and tell you how the complaint procedure will proceed.
Was the product damaged in transit?
- If you receive a package from us that contains damaged goods, you should report this damage to our customer center as soon as possible without undue delay (business buyer no later than 24 hours, consumer buyer preferably no later than 24 hours, but no later than 3 working days from the date of delivery) .
- The customer center team will arrange for the collection of the damaged item and the subsequent exchange of the goods.
- If you use an item damaged in transit, we will assume that you have accepted it as fully functional and will not be entitled to a repair or refund.
Was the wrong item delivered to you?
- If the contents of the delivery are different from what you expected or different from the goods listed on the invoice, please inform the customer center as soon as possible within the first two days of delivery.
- Our customer center team will advise you on the return of goods and arrange for an exchange or return of the faulty item.
