Dust removal nuts (dust removal system)

Dust evacuation nuts are used to improve the chip evacuation effect of HSK63F, ISO30, BT30 chucks, as well as for tool cooling on CNC machining centers.

How it works: The nut is screwed onto the spindle instead of the standard nut ER-20, ER-25, ER-32 and ER-40. During rotation, powerful air flows are created that direct the chips upwards into the suction channel, thereby increasing the power and efficiency of the suction system as a whole.

ATTENTION: On machines that have spindle air blowing installed, it will be necessary to disable this function.
