We sell only official goods and with a guarantee from the manufacturer!
Each manufacturer has its own warranty period (specify when ordering)!
The warranty period is the period during which the manufacturer (seller or any third party) undertakes to carry out free repair or replacement of products (clause 5, article 1 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law).
The warranty period, as a rule, must be established by regulatory legal acts, regulatory documents or an agreement (part 1, article 7 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law). But do not think: if the warranty period is not set in the listed documents, this means that it does not exist. In fact, in this case, the rule of Part 5 of Art. 7 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights: in relation to products for which the warranty period is not established, the consumer can make claims to the seller (manufacturer) if the defects were identified within 2 years, and in relation to the construction object - no later than 10 years from the date of transfer of the goods /object of construction to the buyer.
In the general case, the calculation of the warranty period begins from the moment the goods are transferred to the buyer (part 1 of article 676 of the Civil Code)
At the same time, there are several exceptions to the general rule. So, when selling (Part 4, Article 7 of the Consumer Protection Law):
(1) goods by samples, by mail, and also in cases where the time of conclusion of the contract of sale and the time of transfer of the goods to the buyer do not coincide, the warranty period is calculated from the date of transfer of the goods to the buyer;
(2) goods that require special installation (connection) or compilation - the warranty period is counted from the date of their implementation;
(3) goods and immovable property, the time of transfer, installation (connection) or compilation of which cannot be determined, or if the property was with the buyer before the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement - the warranty period is calculated from the date of conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement;
(4) seasonal goods (clothing, fur and other products, as well as shoes) - the calculation of the warranty period is carried out from the beginning of the corresponding season (see the List of seasonal goods, the warranty periods for which are calculated from the beginning of the corresponding season, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 city No. 172).
When carrying out warranty repairs, the warranty period is extended by the time the product is under repair (part 6, article 7 of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection).
At the same time, the period for which you will have to extend the warranty period is calculated from the day when the buyer applied for the elimination of defects.
And when exchanging goods, its warranty period is calculated anew from the date of exchange (part 7 of article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights).
