
Sales manager of machinery for furniture production in Czech Republic, Slovakia
Activites:
- To sell equipment for the production of furniture manufactured by KDT in the assigned territory/region and achieve the planned sales volume.
- To study the market of the given territory and provide information to the management for the preparation of business plans to increase sales.
- Prepare annual action plans to ensure that sales and bookings are achieved in line with targets.
- Establish good relationships with customers and ensure that no orders go to competitors.
- Identify potential customers.
- Thoroughly understand customer requirements and offer appropriate programs/solutions based on KDT products to create long-term relationships.
- Develop a strategic plan to increase revenue, profitability, market share and growth.
- Identify irregular and dissatisfied customers and create opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation.
- Maintain all necessary data in CRM and ensure an effective internal communications system.
- Assist and provide the necessary support to the marketing team in organizing exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events to promote the business.
- Monitor competitors' activities and collect information on prices, products, new developments, delivery schedules, merchandising methods, and develop similar content.
- Establish good relationships between different teams within the company and ensure sales are made in accordance with agreed terms.
- Ensure payment collection and completion of established forms in accordance with the terms of sale.
- Work closely with the service department to provide the best possible after-sales support, achieve customer satisfaction and obtain sales referrals.
Requirements:
- Experience with industrial equipment.
- Technical diploma or technical education.
- Available and able to travel nationally.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Experience in technical sales of CNC machines will be an added advantage.
- Experience in machine tool or industrial equipment sales will be an added advantage.
- Communication skills.
- Customer service and result orientation.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing / promotion methods.
- Negotiation skills.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- High level of English (Additional Czech or Slovak language).
