Service Engineer/Mechanic in Czech Republic, Slovakia
The Field Service Engineer reports to the Service Manager and is in charge of installation, service and repair of the machineries. He/She is also responsible for our customers' operating training.
Activites:
- Provide mechanical installation, repair and maintenance service on our machineries to our customers sites.
- Responsible for maintenance & operating training to customer representatives.
- Ensure trouble shooting analyze and diagnose for all machineries malfunctioning cases, whether mechanical, electronic/electrical, and pneumatic.
- Service intervention directly to customer sites in order to make all necessary arrangements to ensure the efficient and successful problem resolution.
- Service Reporting.
- Establish a good working relationship with customers on all sites and ensure their satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure the Company polices and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure all company equipment is kept secure at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical service interventions mainly on industry machineries.
- Technical Diploma or Equivalent.
- Troubleshooting.
- Mechanical, electronic/electrical, and pneumatic principles knowledge.
- Expertise in the use of mechanical and electrical measuring instruments.
- Available and able to travel at worldwide level.
- Problem solving attitude.
- High level of English (Additional Czech or Slovak language).
