Delivery Methods
Delivery
Orders can be delivered to a Packeta/Zasilkovna pickup point or Z-BOX, or by courier via FedEx, DHL or UPS. Heavy and oversized goods are shipped by an agreed freight carrier. Orders are processed and delivered within 2–14 days. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the product, selected delivery method and destination.
Warehouse Pickup
Warehouse pickup is available by prior arrangement from Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, at the following address: Duklianska 38, 052 01 Spišská Nová Ves, Slovakia.
Payment Methods
Cash Payment
Cash payment is available upon pickup from our warehouse or cash on delivery if this option is supported by the selected carrier.
Online Card Payment
Orders can be paid securely by payment card on our website.
Bank Transfer
Orders can be paid by bank transfer to the company’s bank account. To issue an invoice, please provide your billing details and VAT identification number, if applicable.
