We make approximately 120-150 sheets 2800x2070. There are a lot of details in the sheet, that is, rectangular cuts along with curvilinear details. sometimes the milling cutters broke and we argued with Stancomplect for a replacement and so on, but then we found the reason - it was one of the crews that made the speed 20 m/min instead of 12, and then the milling cutters stopped breaking, sometimes they set the speed to 15, the milling cutter also works normally. We do it in one pass - this is the most important thing, because before that we worked with other cutters in 2 passes, so it took twice as much time to cut. and with these prices for 6 mm chipboard, this is a very big saving on material.

Hello, Serhiy, thank you for the good review! If you want to work at a speed of 20 m/min - I advise you to try the X-CUT series coated diamond cutters, in order to find them - enter the numbers 1915, 1916 and 1917 in the search on the website, these are 3+3 cutters with DLC coating, diameters 8.

I have been working with such cutters for quite a long time and I can say that they fully meet the stated characteristics and my requirements. I process chipboard and MDF, I get about 200 sheets of chipboard before the first sharpening, as soon as I see chips I change it to processing MDF, and after that I send it to sharpening. I have 2 such cutters that I use alternately, the quality is excellent. Processing is carried out at a speed of 20-22 m/min.
