The area of the premises of the new plant, which is located in close proximity to the existing production site, will be 65,000 square meters. Two buildings are already ready, and the construction of a new office building is currently underway.
Now the production of various types of equipment is distributed in separate buildings, which has significantly improved intra-factory logistics and increased production efficiency.
The area of the plant, where the entire main range of KDT was previously produced, is completely devoted to the production of automatic edge banding machines.
The first and second floors of building A of the new plant are reserved for the assembly of CNC panel saws, the third floor - for CNC drilling centers.
On the ground floor of building B, the production of CNC machining centers is located, the upper floor is reserved for the assembly of automated lines.
In addition to a significant increase in production space and improved intra-factory logistics, the most important factor in increasing productivity was the introduction of an assembly line system in all workshops.
The commissioning of the new plant will strengthen KDT's status as the world's leading manufacturer of cabinet furniture equipment and will increase production by 50% this year. The company's management expects that this will help meet the rapidly growing demand for KDT equipment around the world.
