This is the first spindle with its own intelligence, which independently diagnoses its work and sends information to the machine control system in real time. An effective chip removal system into 2 separate aspiration outlets - for the milling unit and the drilling group, improves the quality of processing and prevents damage to parts. The efficiency of aspiration is complemented by an intelligent airflow system installed directly on the spindle. The system allows you to direct the air flow in the direction opposite to the current processing and keep the cutting area clean, which improves the quality of the cut.
