Adjustable support for vacuum presses

The adjustable support for vacuum presses can be adjusted in width from 300 to 420 mm, in length from 480 to 720 mm.

When laminating furniture fronts with PVC film, small blocks made from MDF offcuts are used as support pads in the vacuum press. The blocks come in different sizes and can be easily arranged around the perimeter of each furniture-front part. The difficulty here is precisely the need to select bars of appropriate size for each part in order to provide the required amount of overhang for bending the film and prevent the vacuum force from bending or breaking the product in places where there is no support.

If the company manufactures the same type of products (for example, kitchen furniture fronts), then it is possible to make a set of support pads from the remains of MDF in standard sizes, which will then be laid out on the working table of a vacuum press according to given guidelines. However, the more diverse the range of products, the more space will be required to store the support pads for the vacuum press.
