PURPOSE

The KDT NESTING LINE automatic line based on a CNC milling machine KN-3710DP with a processing area of 3100x2150 mm, one HSD milling spindle, a drilling group for 10 vertical spindles and a turret tool changer for 16 places from KDT Machinery is designed for high-speed milling of sheet materials (plywood , furniture board, chipboard, MDF), various composite materials and plastics, as well as solid wood of soft and hard species. The machine can be used in small-batch and large-batch production, it can be integrated into automatic lines.

The machine is equipped with a modern CNC system TPA (Italy). The CNC system has a wide range of application functions. The intuitive interface allows you to quickly prepare the staff of the enterprise for programming and work on the machine.

The receiving conveyor KDT KA-9710 is equipped with optical sensors for automatic feeding/stopping of the tape for further unloading in the receiving area.
