We make approximately 120-150 sheets 2800x2070. There are a lot of details in the sheet, that is, rectangular cuts along with curvilinear details. sometimes the milling cutters broke and we argued with Stancomplect for a replacement and so on, but then we found the reason - it was one of the crews that made the speed 20 m/min instead of 12, and then the milling cutters stopped breaking, sometimes they set the speed to 15, the milling cutter also works normally. We do it in one pass - this is the most important thing, because before that we worked with other cutters in 2 passes, so it took twice as much time to cut. and with these prices for 6 mm chipboard, this is a very big saving on material.

I recently took a batch of 10 of these cutters from the guys, and one cutter had a small chip on the cutting edge, took a photo, and sent the photo to the guys. They replaced my damaged cutter without any questions.

Hello! Question for practitioners who cut laminated chipboards. For example, 16 mm laminated chipboard, are you interested in the feed speed, depth per pass and rotation speed? 150 sheets, well, I don’t really believe it... I’m taking a closer look at this cutter (because diamonds, due to the cost, are not suitable for the “everyday use” function) and I want more information. Good luck to everyone.

I buy these cutters from the guys as soon as they appear, they are great for chipboard and laminated chipboard. And I take a three-feather 6 mm for MDF and plywood.. So from my experience and measurements: 1. Feeding speed - from 6 meters. 2. You can do 16 mm in 1 pass. 3. Rotation speed from 18,000 rpm. As for the number of sheets, on average we have laminated chipboards, somewhere around 120-150 sheets, depending on the quality of the sheets themselves.

Good cutters. Sanding chipboard 16 mm, in one pass, feed 8-10 m/min, rotation speed 16000. Plywood 15 mm, in two passes 7.5/7.5 or 5/10, feed 8 m/min, second option 10/6 min, rotation 16000. The same 8 mm rakes 15 mm plywood in one pass, feed 6 m/min, rotation 18,000.

Answer based on practice. Cut 16 mm chipboard in one pass. Feed 6 - 7 m/min. Inclined plunge 3.5 m/min. Rotation speed 18000 rpm.

It cuts a lot and with high quality, when before we cut with diamond cutters - we couldn’t work at high speed, but now we can. The downside is that the cutter cannot be sharpened. There are many advantages - price, less waste of material, less load on the engine, if there is a piece of iron or stone in the chipboard, then it would be a shame to throw away this broken cutter rather than suffer from a broken diamond.
