The automated line based on the KDT KHM-660B CNC milling machine is designed for high-precision milling of door panels and board-type workpieces. Workpieces are loaded by the automatic gantry manipulator KHG-220, which feeds them onto the conveyor line.
The KHM-660B machine performs edge and surface milling of doors for hinges, locks, keyholes, and other hardware elements. Due to CNC control, the system ensures high positioning accuracy and repeatability during serial production. Reconfiguration for different operations programs is performed via an industrial computer.
After milling, the workpieces are automatically unloaded by the KHG-920 gantry manipulator onto a pallet or a conveyor. If necessary, the system can be integrated into a larger production line.
