Automated production line composed of KS-842C, KE-2368JHSKCAD, KE-2468JHSKCAD, KHC-525, and KD-612KHSZA machines.
Sheet material cutting is performed on three CNC cutting centers KS-842C. These machines are equipped with high-speed saw carriages that move at speeds of up to 120 m/min. They can handle panels up to 4300×4300 mm in size with a cutting height of up to 120 mm. The KS-842C centers deliver high cutting accuracy and are fully compatible with cutting optimization software and production automation systems.
After cutting, the workpieces are transferred to the KA-280 loader, which feeds them into the edgebanding station.
The edgebanding station includes two double-sided edgebanding machines KE-2368JHSKCAD and KE-2468JHSKCAD, integrated with a KHC-525 turning conveyor. First, the workpiece is edgebanded on two sides by the KE-2368JHSKCAD machine. It is then automatically unloaded onto the turning conveyor, which rotates the part 90 degrees and aligns it. Next, the workpiece moves to the KE-2468JHSKCAD machine, which processes the remaining two sides and finishes the corners.
From the edgebanding station, the workpieces are transported via conveyor system to the drilling station, which includes six CNC drilling centers KD-612KHSZA. Each machine is equipped with three drilling groups (two upper and one lower), enabling six-sided drilling. Additionally, they feature two milling spindles — a 5.5 kW upper spindle and a 3.5 kW lower spindle — along with a linear tool magazine with 5 positions for the upper milling unit. The maximum panel size is 1200×2800 mm. These machines ensure high precision and efficiency when processing hardware holes.
Once drilling is completed, the finished parts are unloaded using the KA-990 unloader.
To synchronize the output of different units, buffer zones are used to temporarily store workpieces between operations. These zones help maintain a smooth workflow and reduce downtime between operation stages.
