The KDT NESTING LINE automatic line based on a CNC machining center KN-3710DE with a processing area of 3100x2150 mm, one milling spindle and a servo-driven carousel tool changer with 16 tool positions and a drilling head for 10 vertical spindles with a manual tool change from KDT Machinery is designed for high-speed milling processing of sheet materials (plywood, furniture board, chipboard, MDF), various composite materials and plastics, as well as solid wood of soft and hard species. The machine can be used in small-batch and large-batch production, it can be integrated into automatic lines.
The machine is equipped with a modern CNC system DELTA (Taiwan). The CNC system has a wide range of application functions. The intuitive interface allows you to quickly prepare the staff of the enterprise for programming and work on the machine.

The machine is controlled by a reliable and accurate CNC system DELTA (Taiwan) - a full-fledged "command center" that allows you to control all the functions of the machine without the need to connect to a personal computer and has a wide range of functions.
The CNC system is equipped with an updated WoodSystem shell with a simple, well-designed and user-friendly interface.
The KHA-1710TS hydraulic loading table is equipped with a workpiece tracking system, accurate positioning and a label printer.
The system prints and applies labels while the CNC milling center processes the panel. As soon as the panel being machined is processed, the marking of the next one is ready. It is loaded automatically at the same time as the finished panel is unloaded.
The receiving conveyor KDT KHA-9710 is equipped with optical sensors for automatic movement/stopping of the conveyor belt for further unloading in the receiving area.
When the workpiece, moving along the conveyor belt, crosses the light beam, the receiver generates a signal that stops the conveyor, unloading is performed, after which the conveyor resumes movement to the next batch of parts.

The system allows you to direct the air flow in the direction opposite to the current processing and keep the cutting area clean, which improves the quality of the cut.
The Becker vacuum system with a power of 11 kW and a capacity of 500 m3/h securely fixes the workpiece.
Ball screws along the Z axis - movement is carried out using a PMI ball screw (Taiwan), which guarantees the complete absence of backlash, and subsequently high accuracy of movement.
Gear rack and pinion KAI HE (Taiwan) with teeth ground from hardened steel provide high accuracy and smooth running due to minimal friction and no backlash. The pinion is integrated into a high precision planetary gearbox.
