The KDT KHM-550B CNC sizing and trimming machine is designed for precise formatting of door panels and panel parts from 4 sides to the required dimensions in the through mode. Can be built into an automatic line. It is used at large door enterprises in the serial production of doors.

The powerful welded frame of the machine with minimal vibrations ensures precise work. Vacuum suction cups securely fix the workpiece on the desktop. Automatic adjustment to the size of the workpiece in width and length.
Three independent saw units with scoring saw work in sync for maximum productivity.
The productive saw unit has its own motors for the main (power 5.5 kW, blade size 300x30 mm) and scoring (power 1.5 kW, blade size 120x22 mm) saws. The scoring saw is servo controlled. Also, the unit has an exit for aspiration of 140.

A simple and intuitive machine control program that allows you to quickly set and change processing parameters.
Double servo with planetary gear and rack, linear guides. Sawing width adjustment is carried out using a servo drive and a ball screw.

Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Packeta, Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.

Payment can be made online on the website through a special service, by contacting our manager by phone, making a payment to card, paying upon receipt at pick-up , paying upon receipt at the post office, making a non-cash payment for legal entities.
