The automated line based on the KDT KHM-550B CNC panel cutter is designed for high-performance and precise cutting of door panels and board-type workpieces in mass or serial production. Workpieces are loaded onto the drive conveyor by the automatic gantry manipulator KHG-220, from where they are transferred to the machine. Reconfiguration of the machine for different operation programs is carried out via an industrial computer.
The KHM-550B panel cutter ensures four-sided cutting of workpieces in a path-through mode. Due to software control of the operation, high geometric accuracy is achieved according to the specified parameters.
After operation, the workpieces are automatically unloaded by the gantry manipulator KHG-920 onto a pallet or conveyor. If necessary, the system can be integrated into a larger production line.
