Hello, Serhiy, thank you for the good review! If you want to work at a speed of 20 m/min - I advise you to try the X-CUT series coated diamond cutters, in order to find them - enter the numbers 1915, 1916 and 1917 in the search on the website, these are 3+3 cutters with DLC coating, diameters 8.

I have been cutting facades for more than a year without sharpening and in considerable quantities with such a cutter, and to say that I am satisfied is nothing to say, although to be honest, I was skeptical about a Taiwanese or Chinese manufacturer, now I have changed my mind, and I do not want to overpay for a well-known brand.

The optimal speed for this cutter and cutters 1+1 is 5-7 m/min, 2+2 - 10-12 m/min, 3+3 - 15-20 m/min.

What is the feed rate when cutting 16 mm chipboard in one pass? On your hard alloys with a diameter of 6 and 8 mm we work at 8-10 m/min.
Is it possible to work with this cutter at 20 m/min?
