The automatic door processing line from KDT is designed for the processing of door leafs in continuous mode. The line is used in door, furniture and carpentry industries engaged in serial production of doors.
- A full cycle of door leaf processing: formatting-cutting, edge trimming, lock milling, hinges, keyhole.
- High productivity up to 40-60 doors/hour.
- Automatic loading and unloading.
Option No. 1 - one milling center is used for milling for the installation of fittings
Option No. 2 - two milling centers are used for milling for the installation of fittings and an automatic distribution system for workpieces, depending on the load on the machines and the remaining processing time
The KHG-250 automatic loader loads the door panels into the infeed conveyor with further transportation to the KHM-560 sizing and trimming machine.
Format-edging machine KHM-560 produces formatting (cutting) door leafs from four sides to the required dimensions.
Intermediate buffers KHS-320 compensate line performance depending on its load. Buffers are installed before and after the edge banding section.
Portal leaf reversers KHG-250C and KHG-950C are built into the edgebanding area before and after the edgebander and rotate the door leaves.
Edge banding machines of the KE-386 series are responsible for the quality of finishing the ends of the workpiece. To solve all production tasks, 3 complete sets of machines are possible: KE-386JKM, KE-386D, KE-386DM.
The features of the KE-386 series machines are:
- Powerful jointer with 65 mm diamond cutters with special chipbreaker.
- Belt clip for maximum quality fixing of the door leaf.
- Upper glue bath.
- Double grooving knot (in the KE-386JKM model).
Also, a system of roller conveyors for transporting workpieces is built into the line.
CNC machining center KHM-660 for lock, hinge and keyhole milling.
The KHG-920 automatic unloader unloads door panels.
Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Packeta, Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.
Payment
Payment can be made online on the website through a special service, by contacting our manager by phone, making a payment to card, paying upon receipt at pick-up , paying upon receipt at the post office, making a non-cash payment for legal entities.
