PUR Hot Melt Pre-Melter KDT PUR-2.5C is used with KDT edgebanding machines equipped with gluing units for PUR adhesive. PUR adhesive, in factory-packaged cores, is placed in a special tank with a heating element at the bottom. The melted adhesive at the bottom of the core is forced by an upper pneumatic cylinder through an opening in the chamber floor by a moving pressure disk and into an intermediate tank, where it remains heated and liquid. As needed, a gear pump delivers the required amount of adhesive through a heated hose into the edgebanding machine.

PUR Hot Melt Pre-Melter is equipped with a color touchscreen, physical buttons and knobs, a programmable logic controller, and inverter control. The control system doses the adhesive and monitors the temperature of the adhesive tank and hose, as well as operates the pneumatic cylinder. Settings vary depending on the adhesive type, workpiece material, and ambient temperature. Adhesive delivery can be performed in both manual and automatic modes.
The adhesive tank is an aluminum structure consisting of a tank and a base. The base of the adhesive tank is equipped with a heater. The heated base melts the adhesive, and the heating temperature is regulated by a temperature control system. During operation, a moving pressure plate reduces the adhesive level and compresses it to ensure full contact with the heating base. The moving pressure plate is equipped with a special sealing ring; when pressure is applied, the adhesive tank is sealed to prevent air from entering. The surface of the adhesive tank has a special non-stick coating. When the adhesive level in the tank is low, an indicator lights and an audible signal sounds.
The adhesive is fed by a gear pump through a heated hose into the edgebander.

Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Packeta, Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.
