The KDT-305MC curvilinear edgebander from KDT Machinery, featuring a quick-change glue pot system for PUR/EVA adhesive, is designed for precise, high-speed edgebanding of straight and curved workpieces, followed by mechanical finishing by milling and scraping. Workpieces are fed through the edgebanding unit using hot-melt adhesive applied by a roller, either automatically via an automatic feeder or manually.
The glue pot is interchangeable with the upper pots of the KDT automatic edgebanding machines and is also compatible with the glue pot cleaning and storage system.
Precise edge trimming is performed automatically using a laser sensor for a higher-quality joint. The edgebanding material is fed manually into the machining unit. Processing is performed by two milling and scraping units: one from below and one from above.

The replaceable upper glue pot allows for working with PUR/EVA adhesives and changing the glue color. The pot is interchangeable with the upper pots of KDT automatic edgebanding machines.
The machine control panel is convenient and intuitive, with all machine controls concentrated in one place.
The laser sensor allows for precise (±0.3 mm) edge trimming for a higher quality joint for straight workpieces with a length of 400 mm and more, and for curved workpieces with a diameter of 300 mm and more.
The vacuum table allows for convenient and effortless movement of workpieces through the machine's working units. The feed table vacuum can be turned on and off using either the remote control or the foot pedal.
The automatic workpiece feeder minimizes operator intervention, eliminating human error from affecting quality. The automatic feeder automatically adjusts to the desired workpiece thickness, accelerating and decelerating when processing corners. This device is especially useful when working with large workpieces. An additional roller monitors changes in the workpiece's shape and applies additional pressure at bends to ensure maximum adhesion quality.
The milling and scraping unit is automatically set to the required thickness of the workpiece and is equipped with waste removal pipes.
The unit includes:
- Milling unit for removing edge overhangs.
- Nozzles for spraying cleaning liquid.
- An optical sensor monitors changes in the workpiece's shape (turns, angles, straight sections), thereby decreasing or increasing the workpiece feed rate. This increases the efficiency of the entire machine and the quality of edge processing.
- Scraping unit for removing adhesive residue.
- Nozzles for blowing the workpiece surfaces are necessary to reduce resistance and prevent damage to the workpiece surface when it is moved during edge processing.
Electrical components are manufactured according to CE standards using the best components.
Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Packeta, Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.

Payment can be made online on the website through a special service, by contacting our manager by phone, making a payment to card, paying upon receipt at pick-up , paying upon receipt at the post office, making a non-cash payment for legal entities.
