AirHorse BPM-50A-S VSD variable-speed direct-drive screw compressor (capacity 5,7 m³/min, pressure 10 bar) excels in continuous operation in the toughest operating conditions. The compressor is equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD), which adjusts the motor speed according to the actual demand for compressed air. The use of a frequency converter provides significant energy savings.

Integrated Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) forms a direct coaxial drive with the male rotor of the screw air end. The gearbox-free, belt-free and coupling-free design provides mechanical transmission efficiency of up to 100%. The rotor uses NdFeB permanent magnets and has a designed service life of over 15 years. VFD starting reduces inrush current and load on the power supply. High IE3 efficiency is maintained even at low speeds. Independent IC411 air cooling and IP54 motor protection ensure stable operation.

Compressors use a screw block, which provides the following resource indicators:

- 35,000 - 40,000 hours before bearing replacement;
- The total service life is 80,000 - 100,000 hours.

The high-precision screw rotor pair with a 5:6 profile reduces internal leakage, delivers high output at low rotational speed and noise levels, and ensures a long service life of the screw air end.

The compressor is controlled via a touchscreen display that provides the following functions:
- Maintenance reminder;
- Activation of energy-saving mode (switching off the electric motor when compressed air is not required);
- Protection and shutdown of the compressor in an emergency;
- Soft start;
- Display of operating hours and storage of operating mode data;
- Protection against unauthorized changes to the compressor settings.

The compressor uses the suction valve effectively regulates the supply of atmospheric air to the compression cavity.

The top-mounted cooling fan is very efficient due to its low energy consumption and does not create additional losses during the air compression process.
The cooling system is designed for a range of ambient temperatures in the range from -5 to + 45 ° C. The temperature of the compressed air at the outlet of the compressor is only 10-15 °C higher than the ambient air temperature.
Some of the connecting lines in the compressor are designed as rigid pipe connections to minimize leakage and increase the life of the pressurized pipeline.

The equipment uses high-quality electrical components from German manufacturers SIEMENS (Germany), SCHNEIDER (France).

The compressor uses filters and filtering systems of the German company MANN . At the air inlet to the compressor, a panel filter is installed, which is designed to pre-filter the air going for compression, as well as the air cooling the compressor ( purifies up to 99.9% of the air ).
The aluminum combo cooler includes an oil cooler and a compressed air cooler and provides three-stage filtration.
The oil filter provides filtration accuracy up to 9 microns and has a resource of 20% more than analogues.
Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
