
The automated drilling area based on the KD-612NHSA CNC drilling center with robotic loading/unloading is designed for high-precision drilling of blind and through holes in the planes and ends of furniture parts in the through mode, according to a given drilling map. This robotic complex allows you to eliminate the human factor as much as possible and speed up the work of the additive section. This flexible solution will reduce personnel costs. Thanks to the automatic positioning system, it will increase the accuracy of processing, and the intelligent loading system for several parts will increase productivity.
The line includes:

The machine is equipped with an industrial computer based on Windows. CAD/CAM control panel with barcode reading capability to increase machine productivity.

Intelligent visual barcode and QR code recognition device on worktable. Automatically scans and identifies the machining program.

There are 3 drilling groups installed on the machine: 18 - horizontal spindles, 35 - vertical spindles (26 - from above, 9 - from below). As standard, 2 milling units (3.5 kW) and a grooving saw are installed.
Minimum distance when drilling with two heads for:
- Vertical holes - 64 mm.
- Horizontal holes - 128 mm.

The machine can process two panels at the same time, both top and bottom, within one working cycle, thanks to the possibility of drilling from 6 sides.

2 milling spindles: upper - 5.5 kW, lower - 3.5 kW, 18000 rpm (top and bottom) for cutting straight and curved grooves.

Grooving unit with a saw (disk diameter 120 mm).

Two automatic clamps securely hold workpieces from 200 to 2800 mm in length and reduce the number of regripping operations during drilling. This significantly shortens the working cycle compared with machines equipped with a single clamp. The maximum speed has been increased to 140 m/min.

The minimum workpiece size is 200х45 mm, enabling the drilling of small parts.

The upper routing spindle is equipped with a powerful vertical hold-down system featuring two pressure plates. It improves routing accuracy and prevents damage to the workpiece.

Workpiece positioning on the machine is performed by an automatic side alignment device. After the barcode is scanned, the side alignment device moves as close to the workpiece as its dimensions allow. The workpiece is positioned against the zero reference point on the X-axis, while the side alignment device aligns it along the Y-axis. Two pneumatic grippers then transfer the workpiece into the machine’s working area for further processing.

The side alignment device ensures high operating accuracy by being mounted on a linear guide with two bearing carriages. Movement is driven by a servo motor.

Movable plates in the drilling area enable through milling. The parts move smoothly across the table thanks to a flow of air supplied by a special electric fan through openings in the top of the table, thereby preventing any scratches from appearing on the underside of the part.

The machine is equipped as standard with a conveyor for removing chips and small workpiece offcuts.

During the machine design process, the maximum permissible loads and structural requirements were calculated and modelled. The welded frame undergoes stress-relief heat treatment to eliminate internal stresses in the material, followed by machining on high-precision CNC equipment.

The sealed, dust- and moisture-resistant electrical cabinet houses electronic components from leading global manufacturers. It is located outside the machining area, extending the service life of the electrical components and providing convenient access for maintenance.

Orders are processed and delivered within 2–14 days. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the product, selected delivery method and destination. Warehouse pickup is available by prior arrangement.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.
