Automatic power feeder Co-matic SF48 (4 rollers, 8 speeds) with the ability to install at angles from 0 to 90 degrees relative to the machine table is designed for uniform feeding of workpieces, improving product quality and safety on milling machines, jointers, multi-saw and other machines.

- Allows you to install the automatic feeder on any milling machine. The massive and rigid design of the arm weighing 30 kg eliminates the displacement of the automatic feeder when pulling blanks.
- Adjusting the position of the automatic feeder is carried out by slightly turning the handles on the bracket.
- The bracket is attached to the machine table with 4 bolts. Bolts and a drilling template are included in the delivery.
Spring-loaded, have a rubberized coating, which ensures reliable uniform feeding of the workpiece and eliminates its damage.
The transmission of torque is carried out through a chain, guaranteeing stable feeding even of massive workpieces.
Conveniently located on the top panel and intuitive even for low-skilled personnel. If it is necessary to feed in the opposite direction, the switch is moved to the reverse position.
Each sprocket is equipped with an oil can for lubricating the bearing, and there is an oil fill hole on the autosampler housing. Such a well-thought-out lubrication system allows the automatic feeder to operate for an extremely long time without replacing components.
The kit comes with interchangeable gears to switch to any of the four speed ranges.
4 speed ranges available from the switch (without rearranging gears):
- 2 and 5 m/min;
- 4 and 6 m/min;
- 10 and 15 m/min;
- 12 and 30 m/min.
After assembly, each automatic feeder passes quality control and testing - about which the QCD employee puts his mark.
Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Packeta, Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.
Payment
Payment can be made online on the website through a special service, by contacting our manager by phone, making a payment to card, paying upon receipt at pick-up , paying upon receipt at the post office, making a non-cash payment for legal entities.
