The Co-matic SF48 automatic power feeder (4 rollers, 8 speeds) can be installed at an angle of 0 to 90 degrees relative to the machine table. It provides uniform workpiece feeding and improves product quality and operating safety on milling machines, jointers, multi-rip saws and other machines.

- Workpieces can be pressed and fed both from above and from the side.

- Allows the power feeder to be installed on any milling machine. The massive, rigid 30 kg support arm prevents the power feeder from shifting while feeding workpieces.
- Adjusting the position of the automatic feeder is carried out by slightly turning the handles on the Bracket.
- The Bracket is attached to the machine table with 4 bolts. Bolts and a drilling template are included in the delivery.
The spring-loaded rollers have a rubber coating that ensures reliable, uniform feeding of the workpiece and prevents damage.
Torque is transmitted by a chain, ensuring stable feeding even of heavy workpieces.
The selector is conveniently located on the top panel and is intuitive even for less experienced personnel. For feeding in the opposite direction, it is moved to the reverse position.
Each sprocket is equipped with a lubricator for the bearing, and the power-feeder housing has an oil filling port. This lubrication system allows the power feeder to operate for a very long time without replacing components.
The kit comes with interchangeable gears to switch to any of the four speed ranges.
The selector provides 4 speed ranges without changing gears:
- 2 and 5 m/min;
- 4 and 6 m/min;
- 10 and 15 m/min;
- 12 and 30 m/min.
After assembly, each power feeder undergoes quality control and testing and is signed off by the quality-control inspector.
Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered within 2–14 days. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the product, selected delivery method and destination. Warehouse pickup is available by prior arrangement.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.
Payment
Payment can be made online on the website through a special service, by contacting our manager by phone, making a payment to card, paying upon receipt at pick-up , paying upon receipt at the post office, making a non-cash payment for legal entities.
