Dust collector with a pulse-jet cleaning system MSP400 is designed to remove chips, sawdust and dust from the working area of equipment in furniture and woodworking industries. The compressed-air pulse-jet cleaning system regenerates the filter bags without shutting down the dust extraction system or production equipment. The negative-pressure operating principle improves system efficiency and ensures a high level of safety.
The fan's location on the clean air side completely eliminates the passage of filtered material through the fan impeller. Due to this, the fan's service life increases, the noise level decreases, and the possibility of sparks and fire is completely eliminated.

The body parts of the aspiration unit are made of sheet steel with a double-sided zinc coating with a density of 80 g/m2.

The vacuum fan with a reliable Siemens electric motor has a special turbine design with increased efficiency.
The fan is located on the clean air side, which eliminates the passage of filtered material through the impeller. This reduces the noise level and completely eliminates the risk of sparks, making production safer.
Compressed air is automatically supplied through solenoid valves at a pressure of 6 bar. Powerful air pulses clean the filter bags, removing accumulated dust and chips. The pulse frequency is adjustable according to the level of filter contamination.
The control cabinet uses electronic components from Schneider Electric, a world leader in digital energy management and automation solutions.
Mobile waste collection containers are easily fixed with a convenient locking mechanism. For easy filling control, the containers are equipped with viewing windows.
Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.
Payment
Payment can be made online on the website through a special service, by contacting our manager by phone, making a payment to card, paying upon receipt at pick-up , paying upon receipt at the post office, making a non-cash payment for legal entities.
