The control panel with and the electric cabinet are located on a separate stand. The software allows you to control all operating parameters of the machine.

Features:

The parts are fed by a chain conveyor with rubberized pads fixed to it. The parts are fixed on the conveyor along its entire length by an upper pressure beam with two rows of rubberized rollers and a belt. The position of the parts is according to the base ruler. This system of feeding and fixing the workpieces on both sides ensures reliable and smooth feeding, eliminating the possibility of the workpiece shifting.

High-speed motor with speed adjustment works only on one plane and is designed for profile forming, chamfering, groove milling, end cutting, high precision and stability. Adjustment to the desired size is made mechanically by a digital counter. Optionally with servo motors from the control panel.

Features of the milling unit:

• 2 milling motors of 5.5 kW (5000-9000 rpm);
• Maximum cutter diameter 170 mm.
• Anti-scraping function.

Sanding is performed by an endless sanding belt with a pneumatic pressure bar. For leveling the edge surface and eliminating mechanical processing defects (wave, step, saw marks). The degree of pressure, the moment of switching on/off are regulated, which eliminates resanding and knocking down the angles of the workpiece entry into the unit's operating area. The unit has an adjustable tilt angle relative to the horizon, which allows you to adjust it to any profile.

Features of the sanding unit:

• 2 electric motors of 2.2 kW (1420 rpm), speed 0-14 m/min is regulated by a replaceable frequency controller Shilin (Taiwan);
• Oscillation mechanism. Pressure adjustment of the clamping bar by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
• Blowing the tape with compressed air, aspiration casing with a branch pipe.
• Sanding belt size: 2300x80 mm,
• The angle of inclination of the sanding unit is -45° – +45°.

"J" milling unit is equipped with two high-speed milling spindles (2 electric motors of 0.75 kW, 12000 rpm) with radius cutters and is designed for rounding the upper and lower edges of the part.

The milling unit "G" is equipped with a high-speed milling spindle (electric motor 0.75 kW, 12000 rpm) with a radius cutter. It is designed for processing all four corners of the part.

The contact cylinder of the universal sanding unit "W" can be equipped with different types of sanding material depending on the needs .

Features of the universal sanding unit:

• 2 electric motors of 1.5 kW (1420 rpm), the speed 0-12 m/min is regulated by a replaceable frequency controller Shilin (Taiwan);
• Sanding belt size: 890x100 mm;
• Oscillation system. Automatic abrasive wear compensation system.
• The angle of inclination of the sanding unit is -45° – +45°.
• Tape blower, aspiration casing with branch pipe.

Brush drums are used for sanding profile edges of workpieces.

For sanding flat edges of workpieces, sanding belts are used together with a sponge roller.

To achieve results on complex profiles, Scotch-Brite is used with counter-profile milling.

Octagonal sanding paper is mounted on a universal spindle for sanding recesses and grooves on a profile.
