
Brush sanding machine PM7-1300 from KDT with 6 independent working units is used for sanding various relief surfaces, such as doors, furniture fronts, children's furniture, milled 2D and 3D panels, carved and decorative sanding elements after priming. The sanding process is carried out by an elastic abrasive brush element, consisting of an abrasive petal belt and a support brush. It is possible to manufacture a machine with a modified order of the sanding groups.
Machine has 6 working groups + a cleaning roller:
- V2 – orbital (disc) sanding unit with a block of disc sanding tools.
- H2 – transverse (drum) sanding unit.
- R2 – longitudinal “spiral” (2-shaft) sanding unit.
- Workpiece dust cleaning system (brush roller with blower).

- The basic structural part (frame) is an electric-welded prefabricated structure made of steel pipes and profiles with protective covers, which is the supporting part of the belt conveyor, the supporting frame of the working units and the upper cabin with a door that opens on both sides along the entire length of the machine.

The orbital sanding unit at the machine input consists of two groups of brush disks (5+5). The disks have left and right rotation, and the unit itself performs a reciprocating motion across the feed motion (oscillation). As a result of the complex, multi-factor trajectory of movement, it grinds all elements of the profile well. The unit has height and rotation frequency settings (90-360 rpm) independent of other units.

The cross-sanding unit has two groups of brush drums (4+4). The drums have multidirectional rotation relative to the direction of the workpiece feed and an oscillation mechanism. The longitudinal sanding unit has 2 brush shafts (1+1). The abrasive tool is installed in a spiral. The shafts have multi-directional rotation (coincident and counter). Provides high-quality sanding of longitudinal and multi-directional profile elements of different depths and complexity. The unit has height and rotation frequency settings for each shaft (90-360 rpm) independent of other units.

Cleaning parts from dust at the machine outlet with a brush roller + blowing with compressed air.

An exhaust ventilation system with aspiration casings located close to each working unit ensures reliable dust removal, which has a positive effect on the quality of processing.

The easy system of sliding out the working blocks for replacing the sanding tool significantly speeds up the maintenance process.

Profiled rubber conveyor belt with mechanical pressure rollers across the entire width of the conveyor. The conveyor table has an extension at the input and output of the machine.

The oscillation system on linear guides with manual lubrication system on all sanding units allows to achieve uniform wear of brushes, excellent quality of processing on workpieces of different complexity. The drive of the oscillation mechanism is carried out by means of a simple connecting rod mechanism for amplitude adjustment.

The control panel is built into the machine body. The control panel has buttons for general start and emergency stop. PLC with touch-screen control panel. The interface is simple and does not require additional qualifications from the personnel. The software allows you to control all operating parameters: each unit has its own height adjustment, any drive can be switched off/on from the control panel, adjusted with the preservation of operating parameters (20 programs). The control system provides full diagnostics of all machine malfunctions with the issuance of the required information.

The electrical cabinet is integrated into the frame, dust-proof design. High-quality assembly and components.

The height adjustment of the sanding units is provided by an electric drive on command from the control panel. The last positions are limited by limit switches. The position is counted by a simple and reliable pulse counter using a photocell. The parallelism of lifting/lowering is provided by reducers.

The conveyor is driven by a gear motor with stepless feed speed adjustment, which allows you to select the optimal sanding modes for different types of workpieces.
Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Packeta, Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
