The machine has 2 drilling groups: 10 horizontal spindles, 23 vertical spindles (14 on top, 9 on bottom). As standard, 2 upper milling units of 9 kW and 5.5 kW and two lower units of 3.5 kW each are installed.

The upper drilling and milling group consists of 10 horizontal spindles and 14 vertical spindles and 2 milling spindles of 9 kW (possibility of C-axis milling) and 5.5 kW. The upper milling spindle, thanks to its increased power, has the ability to work with various tools and carry out various operations - milling for LAMELLO screeds, 45° milling, milling for door fittings, side milling and grooving.

The upper left milling spindle supports a multi-function rotary C axis, making it possible to work with many types of units. The 360° C rotation axis eliminates position reconfiguration by the unit, so the part can be processed in one cycle. A magazine for 2 units speeds up the processing process. And the clamp with an air cushion allows for high-quality processing of the part.

The upper right milling spindle is equipped with a two-level linear tool change for 10 positions, which saves time when switching from one type of processing to another and makes it possible to work in automatic mode thanks to a tool length measurement sensor.

The left milling spindle is equipped with a tool change for 2 units, which saves time and makes it possible to use a wide range of units.

The lower drilling and milling group consists of 9 vertical spindles and 2 milling spindles of 3.5 kW each.

Two automatic clamps will allow you to securely fix workpieces with a length of 70 mm or more. up to 2800 mm and perform fewer interceptions during drilling, which significantly increases the speed of the work cycle compared to machines with one grip. Maximum speed increased to 140 m/min.

The upper milling spindle is equipped with a powerful vertical clamp with two clamping plates. Improves milling accuracy and prevents damage to the workpiece.
