CNC drilling and milling center KD-612NHZ with two drilling groups at the top and bottom (milling + grooving saw) for drilling on six sides (workpiece size 1200x2800 mm), two milling spindles and a linear tool changer with 5 positions from KDT Machinery is designed for high-precision drilling of blind and through holes in the planes and ends of furniture parts in through-feed mode, according to a given drilling pattern. The machine is equipped with two milling units for milling both simple straight grooves, such as a groove for the back wall or the bottom of a box, and profiling.

Drilling on six sides. There are 2 drilling groups on the machine: 10 - horizontal spindles, 22 - vertical spindles (13 - from above, 9 - from below). As standard, 2 milling units rated at 5.5 kW and 3.5 kW are installed.
2 milling spindles 5.5 kW and 3.5 kW, 18000 rpm (top and bottom). The upper milling spindle, due to its increased power, has the ability to work with various tools and carry out various operations - milling under the LAMELLO coupler, side milling and grooving.
A special CNC unit has the ability to carry out sawing, drilling and milling operations (for invisible fittings, handles, hinges, etc.).

The upper milling spindle is equipped with a 5-position linear tool changer, which saves time when switching from one type of processing to another.
Two automatic grippers will allow you to securely fix the workpiece with a length of 70 mm. up to 2800 mm and require fewer regripping operations during drilling, which significantly increases the speed of the work cycle compared to machines with a single gripper. The maximum speed has been increased to 140 m/min.
The upper milling spindle is equipped with a powerful vertical pressure clamp with two clamping plates. This improves milling accuracy and prevents damage to the workpiece.
Batch drilling mode - processing of two parts at the same time with a mirrored drilling pattern.
The machine is equipped with an industrial computer based on Windows. The control panel of the CNC drilling machine is compatible with the optimizer.
