CNC drilling center KD-612KHSZA with three drilling groups at the top and bottom (milling + grooving saw) machines from KDT Machinery is designed for high-precision drilling of blind and through holes in the planes and ends of furniture parts in the through mode, according to a given additive map. The machine is equipped with a milling unit, which allows milling straight and curved grooves.

A control panel with a vision system - an autonomous smart camera manufactured by DATALOGIC, mounted on a bracket, automatically scans all passing barcodes.
The machine can process panels simultaneously in one working cycle, thanks to the possibility of drilling from 6 sides.
The machine is designed for use in automatic mode with the possibility of embedding up to 3 machines in a line.
Drilling from 6 parties. There are 3 drilling groups installed on the machine: 12 - horizontal spindles, 35 - vertical spindles (26 - from above, 9 - from below). As standard, 2 milling units for 5.5 kW and 3.5 W are installed.
2 milling spindles 5.5 kW and 3.5 kW, 18000 rpm (top and bottom). The upper milling spindle, due to its increased power, has the ability to work with various tools and carry out various operations - milling under the LAMELLO coupler, side milling and grooving.
A special CNC unit has the ability to carry out sawing, drilling and milling operations (for invisible fittings, handles, hinges, etc.).
The upper milling spindle is equipped with a 5-position linear tool change, which saves time when switching from one type of processing to another.

Two automatic clamps will allow you to securely fix the workpiece with a length of 70 mm. up to 2800 mm and perform fewer interceptions during drilling, which significantly increases the speed of the work cycle compared to machines with a single grip. The maximum speed has been increased to 140 m/min.
The upper milling spindle is equipped with a powerful vertical clamp with two clamping plates. Improves milling accuracy and prevents damage to the workpiece.

During the development of the machine, the maximum allowable loads and requirements for the design of the machine were calculated and modeled. The welded frame is tempered to relieve all internal stresses in the material, then it is processed on high-precision CNC equipment.
The discharge conveyor is equipped with belt drives and motion sensors.
The positioning of the workpiece on the machine is carried out thanks to the automatic lateral alignment. After reading the barcode, the side aligner moves as close as possible to the dimensions of the part. The workpiece rests on the zero point along the X axis, and the side leveler positions it along the Y axis. Then two pneumatic grippers take the workpiece into the working area of the machine for further processing.
The powerful vertical clamp securely positions the workpiece. Works synchronously with the drilling unit.
Mobile plates in the drilling area allow for through milling.
Delivery
