Nesting compression carbide cutter with coating CL-11 6x20x12 L80 HD (Taiwan) is used in CNC machining centers, as well as CNC milling machines for curved and straight nesting cutting without chips, wood-like board materials: laminated chipboard, MDF, plywood. The main feature of the cutter is the cutting edges, which are each inclined at their own angle with respect to the edge of the plate. This feature allows the cutter to be especially delicate in relation to laminated and veneered boards.
The main features of this cutter are high quality processing, with a high processing speed of 8-12 m/min at a very low cost of the cutter itself, and as a result, a decrease in the cost of the cutting operation itself. The cutting part is 6 mm with a cutting part height of 20 mm.

- Small cutting diameter of 6 mm and as a result significant material savings. For comparison, I drank 12, 16 or 20 mm from diamond cutters.

As for the number of sheets, on average we have laminated chipboards, somewhere around 120-150 sheets, depending on the quality of the sheets themselves.
Sanding chipboard 16 mm, in one pass, feed 8-10 m/min, rotation speed 16000.
Plywood 15 mm, in two passes 7.5/7.5 or 5/10, feed 8 m/min, second option 10/6 min, rotation 16000.
The same 8 mm rakes 15 mm plywood in one pass, feed 6 m/min, rotation 18,000.
Cut 16 mm chipboard in one pass.
Feed 6 - 7 m/min.
Inclined plunge 3.5 m/min.
Rotation speed 18000 rpm.
Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Packeta, Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.
