4-flute nesting carbide cutter with coating CL-17 6x20x12 L75 HD (Taiwan) for cutting chipboard, MDF, plywood is used in CNC machining centers and CNC milling machines for curved and straight nesting cuts without chipping in wood-based panels such as laminated chipboard, MDF, plywood.
This cutter combines high machining quality and a machining speed of 8-12 m/min with a low cutter cost, reducing the cost of the cutting operation. The cutting diameter is 6 mm and the cutting length is 20 mm.
Advantages:
- The small cutting diameter of 6 mm results in significant material savings. For comparison, diamond cutters have a kerf of 12, 16 or 20 mm.
- The low cutter cost reduces the cost of the operation.
- High cutting quality allows parts to be cut in one pass under certain conditions.
- Material is saved with a 6 mm kerf instead of 12 or 16 mm as with diamond cutters.
Delivery
