From 10 to 12 September this year, a meeting of KDT service engineers and managers from various countries took place in the Czech Republic. Representatives from Ukraine, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Moldova were in attendance. We are all united by the same goal and our membership of the large KDT family, which once again confirms the strength of our international team.
The first day of the event was entirely devoted to the exchange of technical experience. Engineers from the service teams analysed real-life cases and unusual work situations, and discussed ways to speed up the installation and commissioning of machinery. The finer points of accurate adjustment and ongoing maintenance of the machines were also examined. A separate part of the programme consisted of practical workshops in the exhibition hall, during which specialists practised setting up various models and analysed in detail the potential difficulties that might arise during their commissioning.
The second day was devoted to both technical issues and strategic plans and mutual support. Participants discussed market trends and achievements since the previous meeting. In addition, they paid particular attention to client projects, current business requirements and the finer points of technical support.
The third day began with a visit from Mr Zhou Zhaowen (ZHOU ZHAOWEN), a representative of KDT Machinery/MesEdge. He is an experienced technical specialist with an in-depth knowledge of all the company’s machinery. Mr Zhou presented new machine tools and modern technological solutions, placing particular emphasis on automation and robotisation. Participants were shown a new automated production management system. In particular, the team discussed solutions for optimising machining processes and equipment for quality control of edgebanding and drilling using artificial intelligence.
Such meetings have become a cherished tradition for us and are held regularly. They provide a unique opportunity to keep abreast of global innovations, hone our skills and make our international Stancomplect team even more professional, united and ready to take on any challenge for the sake of our customers’ comfort.
