The KDT KHA-9713 unloading table is designed for automatic unloading of workpieces from a CNC machining center. The conveyor is equipped with optical sensors for automatic feeding/stopping of the tape for further unloading in the receiving area. When the workpiece, moving along the conveyor belt, crosses the light beam, the receiver generates a signal that stops the conveyor, unloading is performed, after which the conveyor resumes movement to the next batch of parts.
Scheme of automatic nesting line
- Automatic detection of the presence of workpieces by a position sensor.
- The double suction system at the inlet and outlet ensures efficient removal of the remaining chips after machining.
- Conveyor belt made of polymer fabric has a low weight, high wear resistance, excellent strength and resistance to stretching, and serves as a worthy alternative to rubber fabric sheets.
- Three-phase asynchronous motor with high efficiency.
Delivery
The goods are delivered by the Packeta, Fedex, DHL, UPS operator or by self-delivery. Delivery by another postal company is also possible upon prior agreement with the manager.
The term of order fulfillment and delivery is from 3 to 14 days.
The delivery amount is calculated individually by the postal operator depending on the product you have chosen, the form of payment and the remoteness of your settlement.
Payment
Payment can be made online on the website through a special service, by contacting our manager by phone, making a payment to card, paying upon receipt at pick-up , paying upon receipt at the post office, making a non-cash payment for legal entities.
