Mykola, good day. This is not a nuance - it actually protects you from failure, it also does not affect the speed. This is a new algorithm of these machines, when a through hole is made with two drills - from below and from above, in order to eliminate the defect, as well as to save on drills, because blind ones are cheaper and have a greater resource. Therefore, this is only an advantage, such drilling. Homag flaunted such a drilling algorithm a few years ago. Also, fewer spindles are used by the tool, for example, a blind five will make you both through and blind, and before you had to put separate 5 blind and through - that's 2 spindles instead of one.

We have been working one and a half to two shifts for almost half a year, so far the flight has been normal. We cut a lot. The height takes 6 pieces of 16's or 5 pieces of 18's. tried more pulls and more. Works great with Gilab. What I liked about the machine: - Grooving function is a super option. - Clear interface, the operator learned quickly. - The saw unit does not go all the way, but only according to the size of the part (saving time). - The saw itself rises according to the height of the package, which minimizes chipping. On our Italian saw the offset was fixed. - All clamps on the pusher are double - for Europeans this is an expensive option. There are ENTIRE clamps in the basic package - 10 pcs! - Our old Italian had weak blowers on the tables and we were very tired of it. There are 2 powerful ones on this - it’s enough. - Great service - the guys fixed small nuances remotely! Summary: The machine is cool. Thank you very much to the guys at Stancomplect!

Excellent machine. Works with Gilab. We drill about 1000 workpieces per shift. Drills very quickly. We got used to making a curved ruler on it, the milling spindle allows us to cut corners. Drills very quickly, 2 times faster than Chiflex. We immediately set up a barcode scanner. A very convenient thing. The machine itself is very massive and heavy, thick metal on the bed. All nodes are very powerful. In the picture before purchase it looked less monumental.

We are engaged in services. Very satisfied. The machine is excellent, it especially makes an impression on customers in the workshop. We regret a little that we didn’t take the same one with rounded corners. The difference is quite big, but later, when we figured it out, we realized that it was worth it. Workers will never round corners with their hands the way they do on a machine. There are no complaints at all about the quality of gluing. They also did nothing at all regarding repairs. We work one and a half shifts.

To be honest, we were afraid to buy, as if the brand was new to us. But we never regretted it. Works non-stop. Before this, they thought that our Hebrock 2003 glued well, but everything is learned by comparison. KDT is very good and several times better. It’s just different - it’s more convenient to set up, the nodes are spaced apart, everything is big and convenient, the copiers are disk. On Hebrock we constantly struggled with the fact that it would not glue workpieces smaller than 250 mm. The drawers were carried twice for cutting. KDT can process 80mm. I can't get to the bottom of the quality, the seam is perfect, perhaps the reason is jointing or an additional glue loop. By the way, we use glue cycle only on smooth chipboard. The structural straight line is scratched.
